Total Carbohydrate:

no distinction between simple or complex.
Dietary Fiber:
The amount is expressed in grams. Fiber is a complex carbohydrate. It
has almost no calories and isn’t digested by the body. Occasionally
you’ll see soluble and insoluble fiber amounts listed as well.
Sugars: The amount is expressed in grams. The total consists of sugars naturally present in
the food, such as the lactose in milk and fructose in fruits, as well
as sugar that’s been added to the food, such as table sugar, corn
syrup, and dextrose.
