Cardi B is one straightforward person — she speaks her mind in a raw manner just as she thinks fit.
And when it comes to plastic surgery, she has got a job done on her body before and she doesn’t lie about it.
She has a pretty good reason for it, too. In her line of work as an exotic dancer, she claims people didn’t go to the club to see your every day girls that looked like they just got picked up on the street.
3. She’s a Feminist
Cardi is a feminist, and she has said on several platforms that due to her past, she has every reason to speak for women.
Speaking on i-D magazine about feminism, she said:
“Being a feminist is such a great thing and some people feel like someone like me can’t be as great as that,” the rapper said. “But then some people are smart but they don’t have no common sense. They think feminism is great and only a woman that can speak properly, that has a degree, who is a boss, a businessperson… they think only Michelle Obama can be a feminist.”
She went on: “But being a feminist is real simple; it’s that a woman can do things the same as a man. I’m equal to a n—-. Anything a man can do, I can do. I can finesse, I can hustle. We have the same freedom. I was top of the charts. I’m a woman and I did that. I do feel equal to a man.”
4. She was a stripper
We know very well that this is a popular one that almost everyone knows about the ‘WAP’ hitmaker.
She was once a stripper. In fact that was the biz she was into before breaking unto the music scene.
“The first time I stripped I was really embarrassed. I felt like I could hear my parents in the back of my mind,” Cardi B admitted in an interview with i-D magazine.
“When I gave my first lap dance all the girls were looking at me to see if I was doing something wrong ’cause I ain’t know how to do a lap dance. But I felt so disgusted. They can’t touch you in your private parts and they’re not supposed to touch you at all, but sometimes a man would caress me on my arm and I would hear them breathe so heavy in my ear. It just disgusted me,” she said.
“After a while I didn’t even care anymore,” she continued. “I was seeing money that I feel like I would’ve never seen ever. At first I started off making $200 or $300, sometimes not making money at all because you’ve gotta pay your house fee and my house fees were very expensive. But after I got good at it there was nights where I would leave with $2,000 or $3,000. When I was 21 I had $20,000 saved up. When I was 22 I already had $35,000 saved — in singles.”
5. She Was Raised Catholic
You all know the big rivalry between Christianity and the secular world. Although Cardi B finds herself much more in the secular field, that doesn’t stop her from serving God.

Despite the fact that Cardi B is an ex-stripper and makes use of lewd and profane lyrics in her music, she never shies away from alluding her success to the grace of God.

“I will never think I’m to big for God .God knows my feelings,God knows my sensitivity, God knows my emotions,God knows my intentions .If I’m ever wrong I ask God forgiveness because what I might thing is right is wrong but I as forgiveness to the LORD Not to YOU!
“Hate when people say i bring up God to justify what I do. No. I bring up God because he the one that knows how I really feel .He the one that hears my prayers the one who knows what makes me happy, mad, hurt, sad. He know My intentions and I don’t take his name for vain.”
